Namaste, my dear friends. 🙏✨

Many people ask me why I always look so peaceful and light, even at my age. The answer isn't a secret pill or an expensive treatment. It’s sitting right there in your kitchen, it's the BITTER flavor we have forgotten.

In our modern world, we love everything sweet and salty. But nature gave us bitter plants to wake up our "Agni" (digestive fire). When your tongue tastes that bitterness, it’s like a bell ringing for your liver and gallbladder: "Wake up! It's time to work!"

If you often feel heavy, bloated or tired after you eat, your body might be crying out for these plants.

I have spent 80 years learning which plants help and which ones to avoid. With the help of my grandkids, I’ve put all this knowledge into a new 29-page guide.

What I share in this guide:
🌿 12 power plants: from dandelion and arugula to the deep roots of burdock and chicory.
🍵 Nani’s way: not just a list, but my personal instructions on exactly how to prepare them (teas, salads, stir-frys).
🛡️ Safe wisdom: I explain which plants are strong and how to use them safely for your body.

I want you to wake up feeling light and ready to move, just like I do.

Blessings to you and your health,
Anaya Nani ❤️

The importance of drinking water – a natural and natural need of the body.

Water is not just a “drink”.
It is a basic element of the body that maintains balance in blood pressure, pulse, metabolism and the nervous system.

When the body receives water at the right time and in the right amount, it calms down, balances and functions in a natural rhythm.

Why is water so important for blood pressure and pulse?

1. Water keeps the blood fluid
When there is little water in the body, the blood becomes thicker.
Then the heart has to pump harder → the pulse increases and blood pressure rises.

Water makes blood flow smoother and easier.

2. Water supports blood vessel relaxation
Dehydration causes blood vessels to constrict.
This naturally increases blood pressure.

When there is enough water, the blood vessels are softer and more elastic.

3. Water calms the nervous system
Low fluid levels create a state of stress in the body.
The body thinks there is an “emergency”.

Enough water:
- calms the nervous system
- slows the pulse
- reduces internal tension

4. Water supports the kidneys
The kidneys regulate blood pressure.
When they get enough water, they work calmly and in a balanced way.

When there is little water, blood pressure rises more easily.

5. Water helps the body cleanse itself
When the body gets water, it naturally excretes:
- excess salts
- waste products
- stress hormones

All this supports the natural balance of blood pressure.

How to drink water naturally and in a way that is friendly to the body?

1. In small sips, not a lot at once.
The body does not want a shock.
It wants a calm, steady flow.

2. The first glass in the morning.
This wakes up the circulation and supports the start of the day.

3. Evenly throughout the day.
Not just when thirst arises, thirst is already a late sign.

4. Warm or room temperature water.
The body absorbs it more gently than ice cold.

5. Less in the evening.
So that sleep is not interrupted, but the body is still satisfied.
How much water? The body gives its own signal:
- dry mouth
- fatigue
- rapid pulse
- headache
- dark urine

The most natural thing is to drink so that the urine is light yellow.
This is the body's own smart indicator.

Summary of the benefits of water.
- calms the pulse
- supports blood pressure
- relaxes blood vessels
- helps the kidneys work
- reduces stress
- keeps the body in its natural rhythm
This is the easiest, most natural and most accessible way to support the body.

Stop waiting for the pain to arrive. In my village in India, we have a saying: Don't wait to dig a well until your house is on fire.

I am 80 years old and I move with the same ease as I did at 30. People ask for my secret, expecting a pill or a complex exercise. But the truth is much simpler. It’s about "oiling the hinges."

As we age, our bodies lose their natural moisture. If you feel stiff in the morning, your body is like a dry door hinge. Water isn't enough to fix it, you need healthy fats that reach deep into the tissues.

My daily routine for ageless joints:

1️⃣ The internal l**e: I start every day with a teaspoon of warmed Ghee and a pinch of black pepper. It’s the only fat that carries nutrients directly into your bone marrow and joints.

2️⃣ Warmth over cold: I never drink ice water. Cold "freezes" the joints. I only drink warm infusions to keep the circulation flowing.

3️⃣ The 5-minute evening soak: Before bed, I massage my feet with warm sesame oil. It grounds the energy and pulls the stiffness out of the legs.

I’ve lived 80 years without a single day of joint pain because of these simple ancestral rituals.

I want to share more of this wisdom with you. My grandkids helped me put my 5 most important daily habits into a small guide so you can keep your body nimble too.

I’ll leave the link to my full guide in the first comment below for anyone who wants to learn the rest of my secrets. 👇

Blessings to you all,
Anaya Nani ✨

The doctor said my husband's joint pain was just aging.

My mother proved him wrong in 6 weeks.

She gave him turmeric, ginger, black pepper. Warm water. Every morning.

6 weeks later he was picking coconuts from the tree.

Some people call it alternative medicine. I call it the medicine that actually worked.

The broth that pulls the bad out.

That's what my mama called it.

I had a chest infection for 3 weeks. Nothing helped.

She went to the kitchen.
- onion
- celery
- garlic
- honey

One pot. 30 minutes.

By the next morning the heaviness was gone.

I have been making it ever since. For my children. Now for you.

This is why Indian grandmothers
never have stiff joints.

Everyone over 40years old should know this:

Boil ½ tsp of turmeric and a pinch of black pepper in 2 cups of water. Add honey and lemon.

In our family this is what we drink when the body feels heavy and the joints are stiff.
In Ayurveda we call it haldi, the golden healer.

I am Anaya Nani and I share the ancient remedies my mother taught me and her mother taught her.

Follow me so these traditions are not forgotten. 🙏🏽
