Work toast beans.
Dish name. Wok toast beans
Ingredients.
Water. 1cup
Salt. 1 tea spoon.
Haricot beans. 130 g
Oil. 1 cup.
Garlic. 1 tea spoon
Bread crumbs. ¼ cup
Unsalted butter. 1 table spoon
Chicken seasoning powder or aromatic powder. 1 teaspoon
Light soy sauce. Half teaspoon

Methods:
1.beans boil with salt to high flame 35 sec and strain it. until the oil hit.
2.High Temps 150°C (300°F) oil hit to fry the boiled beans. Until cook 30sec.
3.fresh garlic chopped and bread crumbs toast to slow flame to wok without oil. 10sec.
4.unsalted butter, beans fry, light soy sauce and seasoning powder toast to high flame 5sec

7.Coriander leaves chopped. 5.0g or long cilantro leaves (3.leaf).

Methods:Ā 

1.Roasting (Smoky Flavor)

Roast the dried anchovies, red Cherry tomato and green chilli over an open flame or on a flat pan (tawa) over low heat until the skin is charred and the inside is soft. The smoky flavor is traditional in Naga cuisine.

2.Add the garlic choppedĀ  andĀ  everything combined to mash every ingredients roasted.

3. Garnish by theĀ  red onion sliced, coriander chopped andĀ  Raw charry tomato one p*s on the top.

Serve with rice and other Naga dishes.

35g (1.2oz) - Raw Pinenuts
35g (1.2oz) - Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
2 - Cloves Of Garlic
2 - Whole Bunches Of Basil (50g - 1.7oz), Stems Included

Pandan leaf (3 leaves)
Normal sugar 100g

Method:
1. White Egg, crashed sugar, coconut milk combine whisked 3 minute.
2. Sieve the mixture to a strainer.
3. Bing bot or Nonstick pan 500 ml of water to the boil reduce to medium heat cooking using whisked and stirring Cook with pandan leaf 3 or 4 minutes, the mixture has thickened.
4. Making caramel:
Heat sugar over low heat until starts to melt, add in hot water
5. Add caramel to kaya, mix well whisked until smooth

Pandan kaya is a very P0PULAR among in Malaysian and Singaporean.
It is made with coconut milk and egg
