We never imagined we’d trade the comfort of our house for life on wheels… but sometimes the biggest changes lead to the best chapters.
What started as packing up our home turned into a journey of freedom, simplicity, and unforgettable memories. Moving into a touring caravan taught us how little we actually need and how much more life there is to live outside four walls. Every mile brought new views, new challenges, and a deeper appreciation for the little things.
It wasn’t always easy — there were moments of doubt, tight spaces, and learning curves — but every part of it shaped this journey into something truly special.
Now, we’ve found ourselves in a static caravan, creating a new kind of home. A little more settled, but still holding onto that same sense of adventure that started it all.
This isn’t just about where we live… it’s about choosing a life that feels right for us ❤️

One morning while in Chiang Mai,we followed the Monk’s Trail up to Wat Pha Lat, one of Chiang Mai’s hidden temples. The path winds through the forest alongside a river and is a gradual hike up to the temple.
About 45 minutes later, the trees open up to reveal Wat Pha Lat — a magical site, with stone staircases and statues covered in moss, as well as waterfalls cascading all around the site 🗿

Most people stop at Wat Pha Lat temple, We continued up the steep and challenging trail to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep temple, which is one of the most famous sites in Northern Thailand and is a major pillgramage site.

We truly enjoyed this day and would definitely recommend it!😊
