my younger son Devesh Advani !
Mr Devesh Advani pursued a Bachelor in Mass Media (BMM) from the esteemed K.C. College, Mumbai University, where he graduated with first class. His academic journey continued with a Master’s in English Literature from RD National College, Mumbai University, before he completed an MBA in Finance from the renowned NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai
He is presently working as a
Senior Manager Investment in
Reliance General Insurance Company Mumbai.

During his school education at St. Edmund’s School, Malviya Nagar one of Jaipur's most prestigious convent schools, Devesh displayed remarkable academic prowess securing an impressive 94% in his 12th Class CBSE exams specializing in Commerce. His outstanding achievements in academics were widely recognized and his photos featured in major newspapers such as Dainik Bhaskar and Rajasthan Patrika Jaipur. Beyond academics Devesh was an all-rounder in sports. He excelled in Cricket, Volleyball and Chess, showcasing his versatility and competitive spirit.His favorite subjects during school were Economics and Accountancy, which later influenced his academic and professional trajectory.
His professional career took off early. While pursuing his MBA, Devesh was offered his first job placement at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company in Mumbai. He later joined Zee Business TV Channel as an Equity Research Analyst, where he worked for over two and a half years gaining deep insights into the financial and equity world. Presently Devesh Advani serves as a Senior Manager of Investments at Reliance General Insurance Company, Mumbai, furthering his expertise in the insurance & equity investment.

In addition to his corporate roles, Devesh has made significant contributions to the academic and media landscapes. He served as the Chief Editor of DELTA, a biannual campus english magazine published by NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research. His passion for journalism also led him to successful internships, including two months as a TV Reporter with ABP News, one month with News18 in its Bollywood beat, and a three-month stint at the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC), where he gained valuable insights into TV viewership metrics.
Devesh was also a campus reporter for Business Standard, one of India’s leading English-language business newspapers, during his MBA studies. His extensive experience in both finance and media makes him a well-rounded professional with a unique perspective on corporate matters, the insurance sector and the Indian stock market.
In June 2024, Devesh had the opportunity to visit Dubai, further broadening his international exposure.
An ardent expert in corporate finance and insurance, Devesh is known for his keen observations and insightful research into the Indian stock market. His dynamic career and unyielding passion for excellence continue to inspire many in the fields of management and finance.
