Chicken Fried Rice 🐔🔥
Ingredients :
2 - 3tbsp Oil
1tbsp Chopped Garlic
1/2tbsp Chopped Ginger
1 Chilli
1/4 Cup Spring Onion Whites
1/4 Cup Carrot
1/4 Cup French Beans
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Sugar
2 Eggs (seasoned with 1/4tsp Salt and 1/4tsp Black Pepper)
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tsp White Pepper Powder
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1/2tbsp Vinegar
2.5 cups Boiled Sela Rice
150gms boiled Chicken (season with 1/2tsp salt and 1/2tsp Pepper)
1tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
1/4 Cup Spring Onion Greens
Method :
1. Wash and soak sela rice for 2 - 3 hours.
2. Add water to a sauce pan and season with 1/2tbsp Salt. Bring to a boil. Add soaked rice and cooked 100 %. Strain rice and set aside.
3. Add a little water to a sauce pan along with chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 8 - 10 mins. Cool and shredd the chicken.
4. Break 2 Eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to it. Beat it.
5. Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and chillies. Saute for few seconds.
6. Add spring onion whites, carrot and french beans. Add salt and saute for 30 - 40 seconds. Make it all at one side.
7. Add beaten eggs. Wait for a few seconds and then scramble it. Mix it with the veggies.
8. Add black pepper powder, white pepper powder, sugar, vinegar and chicken powder. Mix well.
9. Add boiled rice, shredded chicken, dark soya sauce and chilli garlic sauce. Mix well.
10. Fry for 3 - 4 mins.
11. Lastly add spring onion greens and mix well.
12. Enjoy with ketchup or schezwan sauce.
