This city teaches you ambition, Nobody teaches you where to start.

Stood here looking at Godrej One — one of the city’s most premium business addresses. Top tech companies. World-class infrastructure. The kind of place that makes you think big.

Got talking to a guy who works here every day. He said: “Brendan, I see all this… and I keep thinking — when will I own something like this in Pune?”

Not if. When.

That clarity is everything.
The aspiration is real. The vision is there.
What’s missing is just a starting point that doesn’t feel overwhelming.

Godrej Properties built exactly that — the 1% Plan in Pune.
1% per month during construction.
Bigger payments only when you’re ready to move in.

Not designed to make it easier to sell.
Designed to make it easier to begin.

Are you waiting for the right time to invest in Pune? Drop a ✋ — let’s talk.

Turned Mumbai into GTA 6 and now I can’t unsee it 🎮

Spent the last few days experimenting with AI, trying to reimagine our city through a GTA lens.

The Sealink at golden hour with speedboats racing underneath. Marine Drive transformed into neon-lit chaos.

Every frame felt like I was directing a Bollywood action sequence, but with Vice City vibes.
What started as a random 3 AM idea turned into something way bigger. Because here’s the thing—Mumbai already feels cinematic. We just needed to see it through a different filter.

And since I couldn’t keep this to myself, I’ve dropped the full prompt in the comments. Your city. Your vision. Same energy.

Try it and tag me—I wanna see what you create.

Sometimes the best content comes from just playing around with new tools and seeing where they take you.

Comment “Prompt” and I’ll send you the exact prompt to transform your city too 👇🏻

Asia’s widest tunnels. India’s tallest bridge. One road that rewrites history.

The Mumbai-Pune Expressway’s Missing Link isn’t just infrastructure… it’s engineering theatre.

Two tunnels — 23.3 meters wide — carving through mountains.
A 650-meter cable-stayed bridge soaring 180 meters above Khandala Valley.
That’s taller than Antilia. That’s twice the height of the Taj Mahal.

₹6,700 Crores. 13.3 kilometers. And when it opens, 25 minutes off your drive.

But here’s what no one’s talking about:
This pylon is taller than Mumbai’s most expensive home.
The bridge deck sits 100 meters above the ground — 33 floors in the sky — and you’ll be driving across it at 120 km/h.

India doesn’t just build roads anymore.
We build monuments you can drive through.

They say Mumbai never sleeps.

I say it never needed to. Because while other cities rest, Mumbai switches modes — from maximum to magical.

The traffic doesn’t disappear, it just becomes streaks of light. The buildings don’t shut down, they become constellations. The Arabian Sea doesn’t calm, it just reflects a different version of chaos. This is what 20 million people look like when the sun finally lets them breathe. Not sleeping. Just transforming into something the daytime crowd will never witness.

The city that works 24/7 looks best at hour 19.

Mumbai isn’t trying to be anyone else — and that’s exactly why it wins.

Every city has its skyline. But only one has the Sea Link cutting through the Arabian Sea at golden hour, double-decker buses racing below Bandra-Worli, and rooftops that give you both the hustle and the horizon in one frame. This isn’t borrowed ambition. This is homegrown confidence. Shot from perspectives most Mumbaikars will never access, because sometimes the best view of your city comes from standing where others can’t.

Mumbai doesn’t compete. It creates.

Virality is open source now

The algorithm’s formula? Everyone’s cracked it. Hooks, edits, trends—they’re all out there for the taking. So why do some creators explode while others stay stuck at zero?

Because virality without strategy is just noise.

I’ve spent years understanding what actually moves people—not just what stops the scroll. It’s psychology over trends. Trust over views. Standing out in a sea of sameness.

That’s the difference between going viral once and building a brand that lasts.

If you’re ready to stop chasing trends and start building something real, the door’s open.

Construction workers see this daily, but cameras rarely do

Standing on top of a construction crane in the heart of the city, the Arabian Sea stretches endlessly on one side while Mumbai’s concrete jungle rises on the other. This is the perspective that transforms how you see a place you thought you knew. The city breathes differently from up here – every tower, every street, every shoreline tells a story that ground-level eyes miss.

Some moments demand risk. Some views demand height. This is both.

Which Mumbai landmark would you climb for the perfect shot?

India’s tallest commercial towers aren’t famous. And that’s exactly why I’m showing you them👇🏻

Nobody talks about these buildings. But they should.

1. Oberoi Commerz III, Mumbai — 225M
Morgan Stanley runs its entire India operations from here. Most Mumbaikars don’t even know its name.

2. Kohinoor Square, Mumbai — 203M
Built on a dead textile mill in Dadar. What was once a symbol of Mumbai’s industrial collapse — is now its skyline.

3. M3M IFC, Gurugram — 198M
15 years ago this was farmland. Today it’s a curved glass tower rivalling anything in Southeast Asia.

4. The Ruby, Mumbai — 191M
Looks like two different buildings stacked on top of each other. Ground level vs the top floor — completely different worlds.

5. Wave One, Noida — 179M
A skyscraper with a giant hole punched through it. Nothing in India looks like this.

India’s commercial real estate just crossed $67 billion — bigger than the GDP of over 100 countries.
And yet these buildings get zero spotlight.
The world underestimates Indian architecture. Always has.
