After 3 years we are experiencing adhik maas (extra month) currently. When it falls in Jyeshtha month (may-june), it is called the Purushottam maas. It is best that we dedicate to spiritual growth rather than material or worldly pursuits. It is considered highly auspicious to perform selfless actions, worship Lord Vishnu, fast, give to charity, and chant shlokas.

It is an instant solution era today! However, our scriptures teach us that anything worth it's value, needs to be crafted, curated and created with utmost care and time. Patience is a great virtue for a reason! All the good things in life come slowly because they have to be built well. Built to last. And hence, take time. This shloka revalidates the need for patience and we all know that whether it is good food or great wealth, it needs time to cook well or compound in value.
