Picture 1: In 2018, I met a little boy Pranay at worli promenade & I helped around with a short ride on my adult bike.

Picture 2: Cut to 2026, Pranay has boomed in to vibrant cyclist, standing shoulder to shoulder.

Picture 3: Pranay is continuing to ride as he grows & wants to explore many places on his bike.

Picture 4: Pranay with his parents Pradeep & Pranita. The trio whose initials begin with ‘P’ are a wonderful family of cyclists with many precious moments captured together.

On this Father’s Day, let’s applause 👏 for this cycling family as they continue to be an inspiration for all of us.

No traffic noise, no exhaust fumes, no sirens. Just the smooth hum of a bicycle chain over world-class infrastructure.

This is a 90-second glimpse of crossing a dedicated pedestrian and cycling bridge in Oirschot, Netherlands. When a city designs streets for people first, commuting transitions from a daily stressor into a peaceful, human-scale experience.

If we want to build healthier, more liveable, and climate-resilient urban spaces back home, prioritising continuous, dedicated infrastructure like this is an absolute necessity. The future of sustainable transit isn’t about moving more cars - it’s about moving people safely and efficiently.

Turn the volume up, enjoy the ride, and let me know in the comments: What does your dream everyday cycling route look like? 👇

A spectacular morning on the Worli Seaface celebrating World Bicycle Day with the Fit India Sundays on cycle movement. Looking down from this 10-foot perspective, the public demand for active urban spaces in undeniable.

On a personal note, it was incredibly rewarding to hear a rider pass by and shout ‘Amsterdam!’ at the lens. It proves our grassroots community deeply connects the Pedal and Tring Tring vision with world-class cycling infrastructure. The momentum is here. 🇮🇳🚲🇳🇱
