Pride Hotels Limited, one of India’s leading homegrown hospitality chains, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Ranked as the 6th largest hotel chain in India (Horwath Report), Pride Hotels operates across the upscale, upper midscale, and midscale segments, with a strong footprint nationwide. 🇮🇳

The IPO will include a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹260 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 39.2 million shares by promoters and group entities. Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and JM Financial are the Book Running Lead Managers, with plans to list on both BSE and NSE. 📈
