A heads up and warning about Bewakoof.com - WORST customer experience ever! Order from them only if you want to be made a Bewakoof of.

They sent the wrong product - and TWICE I tried to return it but their pick up was cancelled saying they were not “able to pick up.”

The brand has been a complete disappointment- they’re clearly more focused on advertising than ensuring customer satisfaction or any kind of basic service integrity!

BYPASS - the biggie! The scariest, riskiest, but most long lasting solution in the Blocked-Arteries-Treatment arsenal.

There are all kinds of minimally invasive versions of it available now, suitable for select patients.

The traditional open heart method involving cutting open the rib cage, stopping the heart, deflating the lungs and letting a heart lung machine take over both those functions - while an artery ( if you’re lucky ) or vein ( if you’re not ) from other parts of the body is used to bypass the blockage - NOT exactly a walk in the park, and NOT suitable for everyone.

So MAKE SURE it is the right option for you before you give your consent!

And NO, hospitals DO NOT always warn you about your being a very high risk case - they have a business to run.

I say this because I know of at least one person in my own extended family who was advised a bypass when he perhaps should have considered a less invasive option with an LVEF below 30 - and who didn’t make it.
