i am md hasibur rahaman i want to cancel my policy due to missalling me by agent and branch staff
they force me to do policy otherwise i am unable to do transaction and they wrongly describe me the policy benefit
They told me that after 41 year i got a lump sum amount but as per policy detail no lump sum benefit at the end of the policy.
after getting my policy copy i go to the branch for free lookin cancellation they reject my request and they roughly told we can not do anything
