This is from the branch of the Ngagyur Nyingma Institute, the Ngaygyur Rigzod Editorial Committee. They annually publish two issues of the PAIMAI RANGDANG and one issue of the PALYUL TIMES. In conjunction with the final evening gathering on Friday at the college this year, under the organization of the Ngaygyur Rigzod Editorial Committee, the final issue of the PAIMAI RANGDANG for 2024 and the PALYUL TIMES were both released. In these two publications, selected scholarly articles, and excerpts of poetry from third and fourth-year students who were chosen from among the students of the monastic college received ceremonial white scarves and copies of the journals as rewards from the khen Rinpoche gawang, the head of the institute.

This year, we have two special new books: a book in Hindi about His Holiness the Drubwang Pema Norbu Rinpoche's biography, and a book in Chinese containing His Holiness the Pema Norbu Rinpoche's advices. The Ngagyur Rigzod Editorial Committee, a branch of the Ngagyur Nyingma Institute, was initiated by His Holiness Drubwang Pema Norbu Rinpoche in 1991. We publish biannual Tibetan magazines (PADMAI RANGDANG) and an annual English magazine (PALYUL TIMES).

To date, we have published:
• 44 issues of PADMAI RANGDANG
• 16 issues of PALYUL TIMES
• 129 publications in total, including other necessary books
