Delight your taste buds with this ๐ŸŒพ Pongal Perfection! Creamy rice, golden cashews, and aromatic spices dance together in a symphony of flavors! ๐Ÿšโœจ

Traditional Sarkarai Pongal Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1/4 cup split yellow moong dal
- 1 cup jaggery, grated
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions:
1. Wash rice and moong dal, then cook them together with 4 cups of milk until soft and mushy.
2. In a separate pan, melt jaggery with a little water, strain to remove impurities, and add it to the rice-dal mixture.
3. Mix well and cook on low heat until it thickens.
4. In another pan, heat ghee and roast cashews and raisins until golden brown. Add them to the pongal mixture.
5. Add cardamom powder for flavor and stir thoroughly.
6. Your delicious Sarkarai Pongal is ready to be served. Enjoy the festival
