I’m facing extremely poor network performance in my area — Saidi village, Katrisarai, Nalanda, Bihar – 805105.
Internet speed is extremely slow (tested: 0.36 Mbps, ping: 439ms), and signal strength inside the house is almost zero. Apps like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and PUBG are nearly unusable.
Despite multiple complaints, there has been no improvement.
As a result, I’ve decided to stop recharging my Jio number until the network is fixed.
Kindly don’t call me to offer recharge plans unless you improve the service quality in my area.
Hope Jio takes this seriously and takes immediate steps to resolve the issue. : Saidi
