When I started writing my first book, I made every mistake in the book — literally.

✨ “Just 10 minutes,” I told myself.
That’s all I had — between chores, meetings, and yet another coffee. I wasn’t feeling ‘inspired’... but I set a timer anyway.

No editing. No overthinking. Just writing.

Ten minutes later, I had 237 words I didn’t have before.
By the third round, I was in the zone.

It’s called the Micro Pomodoro — and it changed how I write.

Some days, all we need is a nudge… and a timer.
