हर बच्चा खास होता है — कोई इंजीनियर बनना चाहता है, कोई डॉक्टर, कोई डिजाइनर, कोई किसान में नई तकनीक लाना चाहता है। लेकिन सही दिशा और जानकारी के बिना, अक्सर टैलेंट गलत रास्ते या नौकरी में खो जाता है।

In a small village near Darbhanga, Bihar — amid personal grief, Struggling financial pressure — a man stood up with one dream:
To build an institute for those who had no voice, no skills, and no opportunity.

That man is Naseeb Ahmad Naqui, and that dream is now called:
Savera Institute of Skills & Careers.

🎯 Why Savera Was Born

Most villages in Bihar are filled with:

Talented but unemployed youth.

Girls who drop out due to no access to career skills.

Families stuck in poverty for generations.

Savera was created to break this cycle — through career-based skill training, right at the grassroots level.

🧱 Built with Nothing but Faith

Without any big donations.
Without government support.

> The institute was built.
A classroom was set up.
Courses were launched — from Digital Marketing to Paramedical & Agriculture.

All for just ₹2499/month, so that even the poorest can study.

📌 What We Have Today

✅ A basic but functional setup (1 classroom + hall + computer lab + office)
✅ First batch of students already enrolled
✅ Certified short-term programs in 7 in-demand fields
✅ Local trainers and volunteers offering their time

❗But We’re at a Critical Point

We urgently need basic funds to:

Buy chairs, tables, whiteboards & fans

Provide scholarships to poor students

Build a computer lab

Pay trainers and staff

Run free career counseling for village girls
