It is a matter of immense pride and joy that Shri Nagendra Nath Tripathi, a distinguished son of Sant Kabir Nagar and a close friend of my revered father, has been entrusted with the important responsibility of National Organiser in the Bharatiya Janata Party. This appointment is a natural recognition of his lifelong dedication, discipline, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to organizational work.

Steeped in the values and dignity of a pracharak’s life, Nagendra Ji is known for his simplicity, humility, accessibility, and exemplary discipline. Over the years, he has served the organization in various capacities with remarkable commitment and effectiveness, inspiring countless workers through his conduct, dedication, and leadership. He has always been regarded as a highly capable organizer, and his elevation to this national responsibility is both a proud and welcome development for the organization.

A few years ago, when I had the opportunity to meet him for the first time, I introduced myself by mentioning my revered father’s name. The moment he heard it, a warm smile appeared on his face. Holding my hand affectionately, he said, “Oh, you are his son! Do keep in touch.” The warmth, affection, and sense of belonging that I experienced in that moment remain deeply cherished in my heart even today.

I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to respected Nagendra Ji on being entrusted with this significant responsibility. I pray to the Almighty to bless him with good health, long life, and boundless energy so that his experience, leadership, and organizational acumen may continue to guide the nation and the organization towards greater heights and new horizons.

Participate in the panel discussion at the Indian CSR & Sustainability Awards 2026 held at Hotel Pride Plaza, Aerocity, New Delhi. It was a privilege to share my perspectives on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), its core pillars, and the evolving policy framework shaping sustainable and inclusive development in India.

The discussion focused on how CSR must move beyond compliance and become a strategic instrument for nation-building, social innovation, environmental sustainability, community empowerment, and long-term impact creation. Meaningful CSR today requires policy alignment, measurable outcomes, institutional accountability, and collaborative partnerships between government, industry, academia, and civil society.

I am grateful for the opportunity to engage with distinguished leaders, policymakers, industry experts, and social impact professionals working towards a more responsible and sustainable Bharat.
