As within, so without.
As the individual, so the cosmos.
This ancient yogic wisdom teaches that whatever exists in the universe exists within us.
The branching of trees resembles the lungs.
The roots beneath the earth mirror the networks that sustain our bodies.
The rivers flow through the land just as blood flows through our veins.
