1. Schezwan Chinese Bhel
Ingredients:
β’ 2 cups boiled noodles
β’ 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
β’ 1 carrot (julienned)
β’ 1 capsicum (sliced)
β’ 2 spring onions
β’ 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
β’ 1 tbsp soy sauce
β’ 1 tsp vinegar
β’ Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a wok and sautΓ© spring onion whites.
2. Add cabbage, carrot, and capsicum.
3. Stir-fry vegetables for 2 minutes on high flame.
4. Add boiled noodles and mix well.
5. Add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt.
6. Toss everything properly for 1β2 minutes.
7. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.

2. Manchurian Chinese Bhel
Ingredients:
β’ 2 cups boiled noodles
β’ 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
β’ 1 carrot (julienned)
β’ 1 capsicum (sliced)
β’ 1 onion (sliced)
β’ 6 Manchurian balls (fried)
β’ 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
β’ 1 tbsp soy sauce
β’ Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and toss all vegetables for 1 minute.
2. Add boiled noodles and mix properly.
3. Cut Manchurian balls into small pieces and add them.
4. Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, and salt.
5. Toss everything well on high flame.
6. Garnish with spring onion and serve immediately.

3. Chilli Garlic Chinese Bhel
Ingredients:
β’ 2 cups boiled noodles
β’ 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
β’ 1 carrot (julienned)
β’ 1 capsicum (sliced)
β’ 5 garlic cloves (chopped)
β’ 2 green chillies (chopped)
β’ 1 tbsp soy sauce
β’ 1 tsp vinegar
β’ 1/2 tsp black pepper
β’ Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a wok and sautΓ© chopped garlic.
2. Add green chilli and cook for few seconds.
3. Add cabbage, carrot, and capsicum.
4. Stir-fry on high flame for 2 minutes.
5. Add boiled noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, and salt.
6. Toss everything properly.
7. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.

4. Sweet & Tangy Chinese Bhel
Ingredients:
β’ 2 cups boiled noodles
β’ 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
β’ 1 carrot (julienned)
β’ 1 capsicum (sliced)
β’ 1/2 cup pineapple pieces
β’ 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
β’ 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
β’ 1 tbsp honey
β’ 1 tsp vinegar
β’ Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oil and lightly sautΓ© all vegetables.
2. Add boiled noodles and toss well.
3. Add tomato ketchup, Schezwan sauce, honey, vinegar, and salt.
4. Mix everything properly on high flame.
5. Add pineapple pieces and toss gently.
6. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
