Malpua Recipe 😍 👇

Ingredients

1 cup (125 g) wheat flour

1 tsp fennel seeds (ground)

3–4 cardamoms (ground)

1 tbsp grated coconut or dry coconut powder

1/2 tsp sugar

3 tbsp milk

Ghee as required

Method

1. First, add sugar to the milk and keep it aside for one hour.

2. In a bowl, take flour, add ground fennel, cardamom, and grated coconut. Mix well.

3. Gradually add the milk mixture into the flour and prepare a thick batter (not too watery).

4. Heat ghee in a pan.

5. Take one spoonful of batter, pour it into the hot ghee in a round shape, and fry on medium flame.

6. Cook both sides until golden brown.

7. Prepare all malpuas in the same way.

8. Serve hot.

👉 Malpuas are usually served with Rabdi, which makes them even more delicious.

Perfect Dinner Combo: Vaghareli Khichdi with Kadhi – Pure Comfort in Every Bite!
🌾 Ingredients for Khichdi

½ cup rice

½ cup moong dal

Salt, turmeric powder

Hing (asafoetida), cumin seeds

Ghee, garlic, salt

🥣 Ingredients for Kadhi

Ginger, green chilies, garlic

Fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, hing

Curry leaves

Ghee, gram flour (besan)

1 cup sour curd

Water as required

🍲 Method

👉 For Khichdi:

1. Wash rice and moong dal, soak for 15–20 minutes.

2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin, hing, and garlic.

3. Add soaked rice-dal mixture, turmeric, salt, and water.

4. Cook for 3–4 whistles.

5. Add a ghee tempering on top before serving.

👉 For Kadhi:

1. Whisk sour curd with gram flour, salt, and water.

2. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin, fenugreek, hing, ginger-chili-garlic paste, and curry leaves.

3. Add the curd-besan mixture and stir continuously.

4. Cook on low flame for 10–12 minutes until it boils well.

ઘરે જ બનાવો બજાર જેવી કરકરી નમકીન – એકવાર બનાવશો તો વારંવાર ખાવા મન થશે 😍
👉 Ingredients:

Moong dal – 1 cup

Salt – as per taste

Turmeric – ¼ tsp

Oil – for frying

Asafoetida (hing) – a pinch (optional)

Chaat masala/Black pepper – for extra taste

👉 Method:

1️⃣ Soak the dal – Wash and soak moong dal in water for 3-4 hours.

2️⃣ Dry it – Drain the water and spread the dal on a cloth or strainer. Let it dry completely (no moisture should remain).

3️⃣ Heat oil – Heat sufficient oil in a kadai/pan.

4️⃣ Fry the dal – Fry the dal on medium flame until golden and crispy (do not over fry).

5️⃣ Mix spices – Remove on tissue paper. Sprinkle salt, turmeric, hing, and if you like, add chaat masala/black pepper powder.

6️⃣ Store – Once cooled, store in an airtight container.

10 Minute Garlic Chutney | Store for 1 Month | No Curry Needed! 🔥
Ingredients:

Garlic cloves – 1 cup (peeled)

Dry red chilies – 8 to 10 (adjust to taste)

Salt – as per taste

Lemon juice – 2 to 3 tbsp

Oil – ½ cup (for tempering)

Method:

1. Soak chilies – Soak the dry red chilies in warm water for 5 minutes to make them soft.

2. Make paste – Add garlic, soaked chilies, salt, and lemon juice into a mixer grinder and blend into a smooth paste. Add a little water if required.

3. Cook the chutney – Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add the chutney paste and sauté for 3–4 minutes on medium flame while stirring continuously.

4. Store it – Let it cool completely, then store in a clean glass jar and refrigerate.

Tips:

This chutney stays good for up to 1 month in the fridge because of lemon juice and oil as natural preservatives.

Enjoy it with paratha, bhakhri, roti, or even plain rice – it tastes so good that you may forget about making curry! 😋

Always use a clean and dry spoon when serving to keep it fresh for longer.

Crispy Mix Veg Bhajiya Recipe | Monsoon Special Tea Time Snack 😋👇
Ingredients:

Onion – 2 medium (thinly sliced)

Spinach leaves – 10 to 12 (finely chopped)

Carrot – ½ (grated, about ½ cup)

Corn kernels – ½ cup (frozen or fresh)

Green mild chilies – 4 to 5 (long cut, seeds removed if less spicy)

Cabbage – 1 small piece (julienned)

Fresh coriander – ¼ cup (chopped)

Green chili – 1 (slit lengthwise)

Garlic – 5-6 cloves (thinly sliced)

Ginger – ½ inch piece (thinly sliced)

For the batter:

Gram flour (besan) – 1 cup

Rice flour – ¼ cup + 2-3 tbsp extra if needed

Cornflour – ¼ cup

Asafoetida (hing) – ¼ tsp

Carom seeds (ajwain) – ¼ tsp

Turmeric – ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

Baking soda – 2 pinches

Hot oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

1. Take all the chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl.

2. Add besan, rice flour, cornflour, hing, ajwain, turmeric, salt, and baking soda.

3. Pour 2 tbsp hot oil and mix everything well with your hands, pressing the mixture.

4. Vegetables will release water, so add only 2-3 tbsp water if needed.

5. The mixture should be binding and dry, not watery.

6. Heat oil well. Drop uneven portions of the mixture directly into hot oil.

Fry on high flame for the first 2-3 minutes.

Then reduce to medium flame and fry for another 3-4 minutes until golden crispy.

7. In about 6-7 minutes, one batch of crispy golden bhajiyas will be ready.

Serving:

Serve hot with tea, green chutney, or sweet tamarind chutney.

Once you taste these, you won’t wait for the rains – you’ll keep making them again and again! 😋

How to Make Spinach Potato Curry | Restaurant Style Aloo Palak Recipe 😍👇
Ingredients

100 g fresh coriander leaves

300 g small boiled potatoes

2 green chilies

1 inch ginger

10-12 garlic cloves

2 tomatoes

2 pieces cinnamon

1 tsp cumin seeds

2 bay leaves

2 onions

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp garam masala

Salt as per taste

Oil as required

📌 Method
1️⃣ Blend spinach, coriander, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and green chilies into a smooth paste.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, add turmeric and sauté boiled potatoes until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, add more oil, then cumin, cinnamon, bay leaves, and onions. Fry until golden.
4️⃣ Add spinach paste along with salt, turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
5️⃣ Add fried potatoes, mix well, and cook covered for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
6️⃣ Add little water, sprinkle garam masala, cover, and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
7️⃣ Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, paratha, or rice. 😋👌

Traditional Gujarati Methi Thepla – Sweet Tomato Twist 😋👇
Ingredients for Thepla

2 cups wheat flour

¼ cup gram flour (besan)

½ cup grated bottle gourd (lauki)

1 cup fenugreek leaves (methi, chopped)

1 cup coriander leaves (chopped)

2 tbsp curd (yogurt)

2 tbsp fresh cream (malai)

2 tbsp oil (for tempering + kneading)

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp green chili paste

1 tsp coriander-cumin powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt as per taste

Water as required

🔸 Ingredients for Sweet Tomato Chutney

4 medium tomatoes (grated)

1 bowl sugar (equal to tomato quantity)

1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder

¼ tsp black salt (sanchal)

¼ tsp turmeric powder

A pinch of asafoetida (hing)

1 tsp pickle masala (achar masala)

Salt to taste

A little lemon juice

🥘 Method

👉 For Thepla Dough

1. Heat oil, add cumin, ajwain, hing & sesame seeds.

2. Add ginger-chili paste, turmeric, methi, coriander, salt, sugar & lemon juice. Sauté 2 mins.

3. Mix with flour, lauki, curd & cream.

4. Knead into medium soft dough, apply little oil & knead for 2 mins.

5. Roll thin theplas & roast on hot tawa with oil until golden.

👉 For Sweet Tomato Chutney

1. Cook grated tomatoes + sugar on medium flame.

2. When sticky, add salt, chili, turmeric, hing, black salt & pickle masala.

3. Cook 2 mins, switch off flame & add lemon juice.

4. Chutney will thicken more after cooling.

✅ Lightly sautéing masala keeps it inside thepla, doesn’t come out while rolling.
✅ Lauki + curd + cream keeps thepla super soft for long hours.
✅ Don’t overcook chutney – it thickens after cooling.

👉 ચટણી, દહીં કે ચા સાથે માણો સ્વાદ 😋

🥘 સામગ્રી

બાટી માટે:
✔️ જુવારનો લોટ – 2 કપ
✔️ અજમો – ½ ટીસ્પૂન
✔️ કસૂરી મેથી – 1 ટેબલસ્પૂન
✔️ તલ – 1 ટેબલસ્પૂન
✔️ દહીં – 4 ટેબલસ્પૂન
✔️ ઘી – 2 ટેબલસ્પૂન
✔️ મીઠું + સોડા – થોડું

ભરવાની માટે:
✔️ બાફેલા બટાકા – 4
✔️ મીઠું + મસાલા (લાલ મરચું, ધાણા પાઉડર, હળદર, ગરમ મસાલો, આમચૂર)
✔️ આદુ-મરચાં પેસ્ટ – 1 tsp
✔️ લીલા ધાણા – 2 tbsp

👩‍🍳 બનાવવાની રીત

1️⃣ જુવારનો લોટ મસાલા, દહીં અને ઘી સાથે મિક્સ કરી નરમ લોટ બાંધી લો.
2️⃣ બાફેલા બટાકામાં મસાલા મિક્સ કરી ભરવાની તૈયાર કરો.
3️⃣ લોટની લુવા લઇ તેમાં ભરવાની ભરી ગોળ બાટી બનાવી લો.
4️⃣ ઓવન/તંદુર/કડાઈમાં ધીમી આંચે સુવર્ણભૂરી થાય ત્યાં સુધી શેકો.
5️⃣ ગરમાગરમ ઘી લગાવી ચટણી કે દહીં સાથે પીરસો.

Make Pure Mawa at Home – Better than Store Bought! 😍
Why buy from the market when you can make pure, fresh, and tasty mawa at home with just milk? Let’s see the easy recipe.

⭐ Ingredients:

1 liter full cream milk

Non-stick pan / heavy-bottomed pan

Wooden spatula for stirring

🥄 Method:

1️⃣ Pour the milk into a non-stick or heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil.
2️⃣ Once it starts boiling, keep the flame on medium and stir continuously.
3️⃣ Slowly, the milk will start reducing and thickening.
4️⃣ Keep stirring so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
5️⃣ After some time, the milk will turn grainy and become thick like khoya (mawa).
6️⃣ Switch off the flame.
7️⃣ Your homemade mawa is ready to use!
