Malpua Recipe 😍 👇
Ingredients
1 cup (125 g) wheat flour
1 tsp fennel seeds (ground)
3–4 cardamoms (ground)
1 tbsp grated coconut or dry coconut powder
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp milk
Ghee as required
Method
1. First, add sugar to the milk and keep it aside for one hour.
2. In a bowl, take flour, add ground fennel, cardamom, and grated coconut. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the milk mixture into the flour and prepare a thick batter (not too watery).
4. Heat ghee in a pan.
5. Take one spoonful of batter, pour it into the hot ghee in a round shape, and fry on medium flame.
6. Cook both sides until golden brown.
7. Prepare all malpuas in the same way.
8. Serve hot.
👉 Malpuas are usually served with Rabdi, which makes them even more delicious.
