Abhijit Sagar - India may need to focus more on manufacturing industry in the defense sector, equipping indigenous military equipment and many other types of equipment with AI enabled technology. Because in the coming times, conflicts are going to be through drones and AI enabled technology and there is no doubt about it. The importance of the Air Force will be the same as before because at no time one can ignore the involvement of the Air Force and its results.
Finally, on the international front we should avoid glorifying a policy driven by an individual. Also, the national media has to avoid claiming and boasting an unrealistic agenda, which does not seem possible at all in the current circumstances. It is very important that we have solid evidence and diplomatic ideas about how to proceed on the issue of terrorists before making any international claim. If this does not happen then sometimes our thinking, understanding, the entire plans of the operation to protect sovereignty and integrity and the people involved in it can be affected.
I believe that any action taken by our armed forces should not be politicised in any election or trying to gain personal popularity among people to seek votes. The security of our vibrant democracy are strong and independent constitutional institutions and their decisions which must be respected at any cost. Because nowadays in the digital world there is another group of trolls whose sole job is to troll and make hate comments to any particular person whose personal views they do not agree with, it means using abusive language or making hate comments on personal life. We have to avoid this at all costs. Finally we are grateful to all those strong and brave security forces who were involved in such operations. A big thank you to the Indian Armed Forces for keeping 140 crore people safe from terrorists and other enemies.
