Dulce de Leche Cheesecake - Whispering ASMR cooking recipe

Ingredients:

Crust:

200 gr sweet cookies 100 gr melted butter

Filling:

600 gr cream cheese

200 gr sourer cheese (or sour cream)

1/3 cup sugar

300 gr Dulce de leche 1 tbsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions for a crackless cheesecake (works for every recipe)

After baking your cheesecake for about 40-50 minutes, the edges should be sturdier and slighty puffy, while the center is still giggly. Turn off the oven and open the door about 1/4 of the way so the air inside can start cooling slowly. After leaving the cheesecake inside the cooling oven about an hour, take it out of the water bath and place it on a cooling rack for another hour or until it's room temperature, after this take it to the fridge a couple of hours or over night. This is the safest way to make sure your cheesecake wont crack, if you can't wait all this long you can speed the time and use some sort of topping to hide the cracks.
