10 days have passed, but the landslide on the Mandi–Phagla–Bufliaz Road at Fazalabad Bhatair has still not been cleared.
This tragic incident has already claimed the lives of two cattle belonging to Majid Ali, causing a significant loss to the family. At a time when Surankote is facing one of the biggest natural disasters in decades, restoring road connectivity should be a top priority.
Unfortunately, it often seems that work only begins after people raise their voices. Public safety and essential road access should never have to wait.
I respectfully request SDM Surankote and the concerned authorities to take immediate action and ensure that the landslide is cleared without any further delay for the safety and convenience of the public.
