I can’t stop making cottage cheese chocolate mouse!! They are so good all my coworkers keep asking me to make them. They are pretty easy to make.

Here's a simple low-carb chocolate mousse recipe using cottage cheese:

Protein packed cottage cheese chicken taco bowl
1/2 cup cottage cheese
4oz chicken nugs.
1 bag crushed quest protein chips
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Heat in microwave for 1 min
Topped with a tbs sour cream and taco sauce

Here are my favorite guilt free, high protein pancakes. I make these every single weekend!

Pancake batter:
1 banana
100g liquid egg whites
1 serving protein powder (I use vanilla)
1 tsp baking powder5 tsp cinnamon
Blend all ingredients together

Cook on medium low heat for 2 mins with a lid, flip and cook for 1 more min. Makes 3 pancakes.

Topped with strawberries and Steeves sugar free maple syrup

Served with 3 turkey breakfast sausages

461 cal 54g protein 35g carbs 9g fat

The macros will vary depending on your protein powder, banana size, and toppings.

Yesterday wasn’t the best dayy but i managed to stay on track.

It was a busy day and didn’t have time to cook lunch. So don’t judge me my protein shake meal replacement. I try to do 3 meals and 2 snacks a day & yesterday was just not my day!

I started making this for breakfast this week and i am obsessed 😍. I prepped the lean ground turkey ahead of time which makes my mornings easier. I also add low sodium taco seasoning for some flavor. I highly suggest you try this!! Please lmk what you think ◡̈

2 eggs scrambled
6 oz of Jennie-0s 99% lean ground turkey
1/4 cup of fat free cheddar cheese
A decent scoop of freshly made salsa

(When I put this into myfitnesspal it logged 4 eggs instead of 2 so protein is actually 53 grams not 67)

Calories- 411
Protein-53 g
Carbs-9 g
Fat- 8 g

Perfect 1st food for brginners!

Awesome night time snack or just a great way to get your protein numbers up!
Endless flavor possibilities!
My favorite is s/f butterscotch with a chocolate shake!
Or s/f pistachio with a vanilla shake! 💙💙
You can also switch up flavor profiles using s/f skinny syrups! Add a Tablespoon of your favorite and get creative!

Use 1 premiere shake and 2 Tbls. Sugar Free Jello Powder
Some tend to go overboard pouring the whole packet of pudding in there. You only need 2 tablespoons one box of sugar-free pudding will get you two batches of protein pudding. Mix it with a hand mixer and keep mixing. It takes about two minutes and something happens it just magically thickens put it in your fridge and it will get even thicker.

Blend for 2 minutes... (beat with a handheld mixer, but you must beat it for two minutes. There's something magical that happens right around that two minute period. That just thickens it up )

A quick dessert or snack. 44 G protein. One of my favorite ways to dress up plain Greek yogurt! Mix in one scoop of vanilla powder and add your favorite toppings. I did a play on Ben and Jerry’s chunky monkey ice cream and added peanut butter, chocolate chips and bananas! 🥜🍌 🍫
