जेंडर इक्वालिटी बोलायला सगळेजण पुढे…
पण ट्रान्सजेंडरला जॉब देताना हात थरथरतात.
आईसाहेब सांगतात
आज ट्रान्सजेंडर्स जज आहेत, डॉक्टर आहेत, प्राध्यापक आहेत, न्यूज अँकर आहेत, फोटोग्राफर आहेत…
आणि आध्यात्मिक महामंडलेश्वर पदापर्यंत पोहोचलेले आहेत.
कमतरता त्यांची नाही.
समाजाची दृष्टीच कमी आहे.

Everyone loves talking about gender equality…
But how many transgender people have you actually hired?
Transgender individuals today are judges, doctors, professors, news anchors, photographers…
They’re everywhere except where society refuses to give them a chance.
The problem isn’t capability.
The problem is mindset.

कायद्यात हक्क आहेत… पण समाजाला अजूनही कळत नाही.

ही लढाई इथपर्यंत आली कारण काही जिगरबाजांनी पुढाकार घेतला.
राधिकानंदगिरीजी, जैनब पटेलजी, लक्ष्मीनारायण त्रिपाठीजी आणि गौरी सावंत…
ह्यांनी आवाज उठवला नसता तर आज अनेक बदल घडलेच नसते.
आज कायदा आहे, संरक्षण आहे…
पण अजूनही पोलीस स्टेशनमध्ये
“निकलो… तमाशा करो… तालिया बजाओ…”
अशी शब्दं ऐकावी लागतात.
ट्रान्सजेंडर लोक वेगळ्या जगातले नाहीत
आम्हीही तुमच्यासारखेच आई-बापाच्या पोटी जन्मलेले.
फरक फक्त हार्मोन्सचा, मानवतेचा नाही.
This change happened because brave voices stood up.
Activists fought so the Transgender Protection Act could exist.
Yet many police stations still don’t know the law.
When a transgender person files a complaint, they hear:
“Get out… go perform… clap…”
Human beings treated like entertainment.
Transgender people are born like everyone else.
Identity changes with hormones…
Humanity doesn’t.

लोक एकमेकांना रोज श्राप देतात
नवरा-बायको, शेजारी, नातेवाईक…
पण किन्नरांनी काही बोललं की त्याला लगेच “श्राप” म्हणतात.
खरं काय?
“तुम्ही आम्हाला इतकं दुखवता की मनातून निघालेली वाणी सिद्ध होते.”
ही वेदना आहे, तांत्रिक श्राप नाही.
इतिहासाने आम्हाला गुलाम बनवलं, बहिष्कृत केलं…
पण आजही गैरसमज आमच्याच मागे लागलेत.

People curse each other daily…
But when a kinnara speaks out of hurt, it’s labeled a “curse”.
Truth is
It’s not magic. It’s the voice of deep pain.
A reaction, not a ritual.
Centuries of oppression created misconceptions society still believes.
