📦 Amazon delivered. Indian Post delivered. But did they REALLY deliver? Let's talk. 🚨
I ordered a non-stick tawa & frying pan from Amazon — SOLIMO brand — waited patiently, and here's what arrived at my door. 👇
❌ Problem 1 — WRONG SIZE
The product in the image looked like a proper full-size frying pan. What I received? Significantly smaller than shown. What you see online & what arrives at your home are TWO different things. This is misleading product listing & Indian customers deserve better. 😤
❌ Problem 2 — LID DOESN'T FIT
The lid that came with the pan? Off-size. Doesn't close properly. A frying pan with a lid that doesn't fit is just a frying pan with extra disappointment. 🙄
❌ Problem 3 — PACKAGING WAS TORN & DAMAGED
The package arrived torn, crushed & damaged. Luckily the product survived — but LUCK should not be the quality standard for a paid delivery.
This is NOT okay. — we are paying customers. Our orders deserve to be handled with CARE. 🙏
And this is not the first time.
Last year I ordered authentic pickles all the way from West Bengal — hand-picked, special order — and they arrived completely destroyed by rainwater. Soaked. Ruined. Had to throw everything in the bin. A complete waste of money AND effort of the seller. 💔
From Maharashtra to West Bengal — this is a pan-India delivery problem that needs to be fixed NOW.
