UNIFORM CIVIL CODE
(its importance)
Let us see with a small example why Common Civil Code is needed
Example for understanding..
A: Anand Swamy and
B:Bhasha Ahmed
Government employees
and neighbours also.
Both got married in 1970.
Anand Swami had 2 children in two years and got family planning operated in 1973
His neighbour Basha had 4 children by 1975. He married again in 1976 and from 2nd wife got four more children by 1980.
Basha went for third marriage in 1982 and had 4 more children by 1987. In 1988 he got fourth marriage with a 35 year old girl and had by 1993 three more children.
So between 1970 to 1993 he had 15 children through four wives .
Both retired in 2008 and are getting pension till 2020 and then , both died of Corona in 2020.
Anand Swamy's wife gets pension.
Bahasa Ahmed's 4 wives are getting one-fourth of their pensions.
In 2022, Anand Swamy's wife passed away. Pension of Anand Swamy's family has been stopped
Bahasa Ahmed's first wife also died in the same year and her children are became major and settled.
But Bahasa Ahmed's other three wives (2nd, 3rd, 4th) will get 1/3rd pension each. In another 10 years Basha Ahmed's 2nd wife will die and 1/2 half pension will be given for 3rd wife and 4th wife . If 3rd wife dies in another 10 years dies his last wife will continue to get 100% pension. This fourth wife will be 25 yrs at the time of her marriage so she will get pension (government money) for another 20 years.
Here the pension of Anand Swamy's family will stop in 2025.
But Bhasha Ahmed family will get full pension even after 2050..
If there is such a difference between two government employees who joined at the same time, imagine how many thousands of Bahasa Ahmeds are in jobs in this country and how much government money (people's tax) they are consuming.
Also, since the family members of Bahasa Ahmed are not yet settled in life, their family members are getting free ration of 100 kg of rice at 25 kg per month.
Apart from this, there are other facilities through Govt schemes. Gifts (Ramadan Tofa) will also come based on voting eligibility . All this
because of Muslim Personal Law, This will cause drastic drop in Hindu population and quantum leap in Muslim population.
On the flip side a live example is that of a Muslim family of 4 members who came from Burma in 1960 to Rajahmundry has now expanded to 1000 people (in Rajahmundry) as told by a Telugu film comedian in an interview.
This compels huge religious conversions and can transform a primarily Hindu nation in to a Muslim or even a Christian nation .
This is not to hurt sentiments
of any community individually or collectively but only meant to pictures how such a disparity can change the nation .
