Mian Mohd Mehfooz, son of the late Mian Mohammed Luqman, is a prominent figure hailing from Village Palullian in Tehsil & District Rajouri. His reach also spans the Thana Mandi constituency, where he can sway another 14,000-16,000 votes, and the Mendhar constituency, where he influences an additional 12,000-14,000 votes.
