Saying goodbye to a favorite colleague is always bittersweet, but celebrating with good food and my girls brought back a beautiful piece of the “old me” today. A much-needed refresh, but the night always ends exactly where I belong—back in my favorite little arms. 🤍

Finding 30 minutes of absolute peace in the new Mind Lab was exactly what my mind needed today. Rejoining the hustle means learning to find these little pockets of calm so I can give my 100% at the university, and my best energy to my baby at home. 🤍 😘❤️
