Ramsoo, June 3: A tragic road a**ident claimed the life of a young driver after an Eeco vehicle rolled down the road near Hingni–Shagan area of Ramsoo on Wednesday.

According to reports, an Eeco vehicle bearing registration number JK19A-5276, driven by Mohd Waseem Ahmed, son of Mohd Qassim and a resident of Hingni Shagan, Ramsoo, met with an a**ident after the vehicle lost control and rolled down the roadside.

The driver, aged around 19–20 years, sustained severe injuries and died on the spot. Local residents immediately rushed to the scene and informed the police.

Police officials also reached the a**cident site and initiated necessary legal formalities. The body was later taken for further procedures.

Further details regarding the cause of the a**ident are awaited as investigations are underway.
