ARTO Reasi said that there is no need for people to approach any agent for obtaining a driving licence, as applicants can directly apply online through the official process. He further stated that if any agent demands money from the public in the name of licence-related services, a complaint can be lodged directly with the ARTO office for necessary action.

ARTO also announced the revised passenger fare list for different routes in District Reasi. He informed that eligible categories, including specially-abled persons, students, freedom fighters, cancer and thalassemia patients, war widows and HIV/AIDS patients, will be entitled to a 50% concession in fares as per the notified government rules.
