Position: Associate – Early Childhood Education

Responsibilities:
Support design and rollout of Balvatika aligned with NCERT and NIPUN Bharat guidelines
Develop and adapt the ‘Adhaarshila’ curriculum for the Jharkhand context
Coordinate with JEPC, SCERT, and DIETs for alignment with academic and training plans
Support teacher and Anganwadi worker training at various levels (state, district, block)
Conduct classroom observations, learning assessments, and provide feedback for improvement
Monitor program implementation, collect qualitative/quantitative data, and document progress
Prepare reports, case studies, and support administrative and technical tasks
Liaise with government bodies, educational institutions, and partners
:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred)
2–3 years of experience in early childhood education, foundational literacy/numeracy, or development sector work
Sound understanding of ECCE pedagogy, curriculum frameworks, and NIPUN Bharat guidelines
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing
Experience working with government systems, particularly in Jharkhand or similar contexts
Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
Willingness to travel extensively across the state
