राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा योजनेतील लाभार्थी निवड रखडली; सहा महिन्यांपासून ग्रामसभा ठराव देऊन ही कार्यवाही प्रलंबित गंगा
कलेढोण प्रतिनिधी : गारळेवाडी ता. खटाव येथील रहिवाशी यांच्या साठी लढणारे सामाजिक कार्यकर्ते युवा नेते संतोष (बाबुराव) मारुती गारळे यांनी असलेल्या ग्रामस्थांची राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा योजनेअंतर्गत पात्र लाभार्थ्यांची निवड करण्यासाठी ग्रामसभेने मंजूर केलेली लाभार्थी यादी व ठराव संबंधित पुरवठा विभागाकडे सुमारे सहा महिन्यांपूर्वी सादर करण्यात आले आहेत. मात्र, अद्यापही या लाभार्थ्यांची अंतिम निवड करण्यात आलेली नसल्याने पात्र नागरिकांमध्ये नाराजीचे वातावरण निर्माण झाले आहे.

मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, गारळेवाडी ग्रामपंचायत ग्रामसभेच्या माध्यमातून पात्र लाभार्थ्यांची निवड करून त्यांची यादी व त्या संबंधी ग्रामसभेचा ठराव तसेच आवश्यक कागदपत्रे पुरवठा विभागाकडे पाठविण्यात आली होती. तथापि, लाभार्थी ग्रामस्थांनी वारंवार हेलपाटे घालून सुध्दा सहा महिन्यांचा कालावधी उलटूनही या प्रकरणात कोणतीही ठोस कार्यवाही झालेली नाही. संबंधित लाभार्थ्यांनी तसेच स्थानिक लोकप्रतिनिधींनी वारंवार पाठपुरावा करूनही निवड प्रक्रियेला गती मिळालेली नसल्याचा आरोप होत आहे.
लाभार्थ्यांचे म्हणणे आहे की, राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा योजने अंतर्गत मिळणाऱ्या धान्य व इतर शासकीय सवलतींपासून ते वंचित राहत आहेत. पुरवठा शाखेकडून विविध कारणे सांगून कार्यवाही लांबणीवर टाकली जात असल्याने नागरिकांमध्ये संताप व्यक्त होत आहे.

संबंधित प्रशासनाने या प्रकरणाची तातडीने दखल घेऊन प्रलंबित लाभार्थी निवड प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करावी, अशी मागणी ग्रामस्थ व लाभार्थ्यांकडून करण्यात येत आहे. अन्यथा लोकशाही मार्गाने आंदोलन छेडण्याचा इशाराही काही नागरिकांनी दिला आहे.१)कु.अनु दिपक जगताप
पुरवठा निरीक्षण अधिकारी वडूज(खटाव) यांना वारंवार तक्रार करण्यासाठी भेट दिली असता त्यांचे उत्तर बत्तलवाड यांना भेटा असे सांगण्यात आले आहे महत्वाचा मुद्दा म्हणजे त्या मॅडमऑफिस च्या वेळत वारंवार मोबाईल वर व्यस्त असतात त्यांचे मोबाईल वरचे संभाषण पुर्ण होईल पर्यंत ग्रामस्थांना संभाषण पुर्ण होई पर्यंत वाट पहावी लागते

पुरवठा निरीक्षक अधिकारी वडूज( खटाव ) यांच्या कडे सर्व लाभार्थ्यांची कागदपत्रे देऊन नऊ महिने झाले आहेत आणि मयत व लग्न झालेल्या मुलीची नावे , स्थलांतरित,सरकारी कर्मचारी यांची नावे एकूण ५६ नावे रद्द करण्यासाठी ग्रामपंचायत गारळेवाडी चे निवेदन पत्र दिले आहे व रेशनिंग दुकानदार यांनी ६० नावे रद्द करण्यासाठी निवेदन दिले आहे पुरवठा शाखेत थोरात आणि तोडकर हे खाजगी व्यक्ती नियुक्ती करण्यात आले आहे ते सामान्य जनतेकडून पैसे घेऊन लूट करत आहेत हि गोष्ट माननीय टि.आर.गारळे साहेब यांनी सौ.वैशाली राजमाने जिल्हा पुरवठा अधिकारी सातारा त्यांचे उत्तर स्टांग शिल्लक नाही असे सांगण्यात आले आले यांना प्रत्यक्षात भेटून सांगितली आहे तरी सुद्धा कोणताही कार्यवाही झालेली नाही

: "सहा महिने उलटले, तरी निर्णय नाही"
ग्रामडसभेने मंजूर केलेली लाभार्थी यादी व ठराव वेळेत सादर करूनही पुरवठा विभागाकडून अंतिम मान्यता मिळालेली नाही. परिणामी अनेक पात्र कुटुंबांना राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा योजनेच्या लाभापासून अद्याप वंचित राहावे लागत आहे. जिल्हा परिषद सदस्य मायणी श्री ॲड.सुरज पाटील आणि तहसिलदार मॅडम बाई सर्जेराव माने वारंवार संपर्क करुन सुद्धा कोणताही मार्ग निघाला नाही. तहसिलदार यांच्या कडून वारंवार येणारे उत्तर स्टांग प्राप्त झालेला नाही अजून
