The BJP is rewriting its political communication playbook!

Moving beyond traditional newsrooms and massive rallies, the ruling party is heavily doubling down on a new-age media strategy focused on Gen-Z, digital creators, and alternative platforms. With the recent appointment of Deepak Mhaskey as the new social media head—replacing Amit Malviya after over a decade—the BJP is acknowledging a massive shift in how young Indians consume political content.

PM Modi has even pushed ministers to boost their online engagement, specifically utilizing creator-style Reels to build a genuine political connection. As political battles move from the streets to our social media feeds, the focus is now squarely on influencers, digital strategists, and alternative media networks.

Praying for Nepal and the hundreds of stranded pilgrims. 🙏🚨

A devastating flash flood and mudslide have struck the Nepal-Tibet border, bringing a terrifying 30-foot surge of water down the Bhote Koshi River. With over 157 confirmed dead and hundreds missing—including at least 133 Indians—the scale of this tragedy is absolutely heartbreaking.

Many of the missing Indian nationals were devotees preparing to cross the Rasuwagadhi border for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. The flood wiped out entire bridges, roads, and communication lines in an instant. Both Indian and Nepalese authorities are currently conducting massive helicopter rescue operations, and relief flights have already landed.

India steps up for Nepal in its time of need! 🚨🇮🇳🇳🇵

Following the devastating flash floods in the Bhote Koshi River that have claimed at least 162 lives, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar confirmed that a second relief flight has just taken off. The flight is carrying 37.5 tonnes of HADR material, medicines, and food packets to support the massive rescue and relief operations.

This critical aid follows a 10-tonne shipment sent on Wednesday. As local authorities continue to recover bodies across downstream districts like Rasuwa and Chitwan, India has pledged continuous and strong support for the Nepalese people.

Did Pakistan leak highly sensitive military information to the US? 🚨🇮🇳

Former Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan has firmly rejected US President Donald Trump’s claims that he mediated the ceasefire between India and Pakistan during Operation Sindoor. Speaking at the Vivekananda International Foundation, he clarified that the cessation of hostilities was decided exclusively by the Directors General of Military Operations (DGMOs) of both nations, with zero third-party involvement.

Addressing how Trump managed to tweet about the ceasefire before an official announcement, Chauhan confidently stated that the leak did not come from India, pointing fingers directly at the Pakistani side.
