Follow us🙏🙏 • Mr. Bhaskardey, 75-years-old and a resident of lane no. 10, Link road, Silchar went missing today, Thursday. He was last seen at around 03:50PM at his house. He is suffering from dementia.

Please share this post to help bring him back home safely. Any information regarding his whereabouts would be greatly appreciated.

Due to the ongoing flood situation in Assam, the admission timeline for FYUGP/FYIMP/FYUPGP 2025–26 (non-CUET) via the SAMARTH portal has been revised.

Students listed in earlier merit lists but unable to take admission due to floods may do so during later merit list rounds or Spot admissions.

In a tragic incident, Jabir Hussain Barbhuiya, 6/7 years old of Nabin village in Hailakandi district and son of Nurul Haque Barbhuiya was drowned in a flood affected pond on Monday.

He was recovered by a local youth at around 1.30PM and reported dead. Report claims that he was drowned after accidentally slipping into a flood affected pond near his house at around noon.
