Infosys is asking its employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance, especially while working from home. If someone works more than 9.15 hours a day, five days a week, they get a personalised email from HR reminding them to stick to regular hours and take care of their health, reported India Today.

These emails also show how many hours the person has worked and suggest taking breaks, disconnecting after work, and asking for help if feeling overwhelmed. Infosys says this is important not just for health, but also to do well in the long run.
