Khorirol Sandoklup Wangjing, Thoubal, has officially announced its list of awardees. Dr. RK Nirmola Sana, Assistant Professor at the Manipuri Department of Assam University Silchar, will be conferred the prestigious 'Dr. Soibam Kumar Ningsing Sahitya Mana' for her book 'Matam gi Manipuri Wareng'. Dr. RK Nirmola Sana, daughter of RK Radhamohan Sana and Heiyai Sija from Sonai Chandpur in Cachar district, Assam, has been deeply passionate about literature and the Manipuri language since childhood. She is a prominent educator and a leading female short story writer in the Barak Valley.
