Repairing Bubble Crushed Retro Classified

So I recently purchased a couple of Retro Classified G.I. Joe figures for the first time. I opted to buy from an Indian reseller since his prices were quite reasonable—only about ₹200–₹300 higher than what I typically pay when importing from the US or HK.

Unfortunately, the experience proved disappointing. The figures arrived with the blister bubbles crushed at the top, leaving me wishing I had simply imported them myself. In hindsight, the small premium for local availability wasn't worth the compromise in condition.

Anyway, I tried blister repair with hot air blower as I have mastered it for vintage MOCs but it didn't turned out perfect mainly owing to the plastic tray inside which turned out difficult to lift. Still I think the MOCs are now good for display, the crush marks on top are hardly noticible straight on.
