who perform his or her great role on this global prosperous World Stage. SKR International Film Festival (SKRIFF) is here to honor, highlight, celebrate and uncover great storytelling that delves into what it
means to be human. We want to find those great shorts films & films that may have been passed over by more traditional festivals. SKR International Film Festival (SKRIFF) curate and showcase content that is the height of originality. SKR International Film Festival (SKRIFF) focuses on the unconventional, the innovative, and aspire to promote, recognise and support independent filmmakers across the globe providing them a platform and opportunity to be seen and promote your brand, film, and talent through creating a community of creatives. SKRIFF is created by independent filmmaker, for independent filmmakers, with the sole purpose to showcase and screen new talents across the world. Our main objective is to provide the opportunity for filmmakers from all over the world. We welcome films from all over the world, and of all genres to have the best work selected and showcased in a celebration of cinema, as well as to give filmmakers a platform to network amongst fellow professionals and cinematic artists. Our submissions are judged by an initial jury of industry professionals. They rate each submission on various categories, some of them including ability, ingenuity, pacing, skill, and the level of production value. This helps them to decide which submissions make it into the final stage where the jury will re-watch the selected submissions to make sure we only pick the best quality films. The trophies and certificates of the winners who do not attend the event cannot be sent by post or other shipping company.
