Independent candidate Muktiyar Dar has dropped a bombshell against the National Conference (NC), calling them killers. Dar, an independent candidate from Saibug district Budgam, stated that Yousuf Shah, also known as Shaladeen, was a creation of the NC. He added, "If murderers are free, why not Surjan Barkati?"
