We got messages from many individuals about closing of parks in skims not allowing public
Our reply 👇

These parks were once open to the public, and people would eat, drink tea, sit, and relax there. However, due to the habit of some individuals, particularly in Kashmir, of littering and throwing garbage, the parks became infested with stray dogs. As a result, the parks had to be closed. The reason behind this is that we often don't consider others when we litter, which ultimately leads to such consequences....
