| Major Political Joining in Kandi

Dozens of families from Kandi, including several former Sarpanches and former Ward Members associated with different political parties, joined the Jammu and Kashmir People's Conference (JKPC) today.

The joining took place in the presence of JKPC President Sajad Gani Lone, Provincial President Kashmir Irfan Panditpuri, Chief Spokesperson Adv. Bashir Ahmad Dar, District Coordinator Ab Ahad Kashmiri, and other senior party leaders.

JKPC President Sajad Gani Lone Visits Several Areas of Kupwara, Interacts with Residents

JKPC President Sajad Gani Lone, accompanied by Chief Spokesperson Bashir Ahmad Dar, Provincial President Kashmir Irfan Panditpuri, Ex-DDC Hafizullah Beigh, District Coordinator Ab Ahad Kashmiri, and other senior party leaders, today visited Shumnag, Kralpora, Dardsun, and Dardpora as part of a series of social and political outreach programmes.

During the visits, the delegation interacted with local residents, listened to their grievances and concerns, and reiterated the party's commitment to addressing public issues and strengthening grassroots engagement. The leadership reaffirmed its dedication to serving the people and working for their welfare and development.

Deep sorrow has gripped the education fraternity following the demise of Mr. Mohd Sultan Hajam, one of the senior-most Rehbar-e-Taleem (ReT) teachers from Harkarpora Kukroosa, Zone Villgam.

Known for his dedication to teaching, kindness, and willingness to help others, Mr. Hajam earned the respect and admiration of students, colleagues, and the local community throughout his career.

JKPC President Sajad Gani Lone Visits Shumnag, Condoles Demise in MLA Mir Saifullahโ€™s Family

Kupwara, July 30: Jammu and Kashmir People's Conference (JKPC) President Sajad Gani Lone on Thursday visited Shumnag to express condolences with Senior NC Leader and MLA Trehgam, Mir Saifullah, following the demise of his elder brother's wife.

Accompanied by senior party leaders, Lone visited the bereaved family and conveyed his sympathies, praying for the eternal peace of the departed soul and strength and patience (Sabr-e-Jameel) for the grieving family.

Among those accompanying him were former MLA Kupwara Adv. Bashir Ahmad Dar, Irfan Panditpori, Dr. Mudasir Akbar Shah, Mohd Amin Khan, Habibullah Baigh, Mohd Gulzar Lone, Ab Rashid Bhat, Mohd Maqbool Khan, and other party colleagues.

The JKPC delegation expressed solidarity with the bereaved family during this difficult time and offered prayers for Maghfirat of the deceased.

Gani Lone Likely to Join PDP; Political Buzz Grows in Handwara

Handwara: Political circles are abuzz with speculation that Bilal Ahmad Lone, brother of Jammu and Kashmir People's Conference (JKPC) President Sajad Gani Lone, may soon join the People's Democratic Party (PDP).

According to sources, Bilal Ahmad Lone is likely to formally enter the PDP in the coming days. If the development takes place, it is expected to provide a boost to the party's organisational presence in the Handwara constituency.

Despite the growing speculation, neither Bilal Ahmad Lone nor the leadership of the People's Conference or the PDP has issued any official statement confirming the reported move.

The staff and students of Government Girls High School Drugmulla are deeply saddened by the tragic and untimely demise of their beloved Class 8 student, Snober Manzoor, daughter of Manzoor Ahmad Sofi of Arampora.

The heartbreaking loss has left the entire school community in profound grief. Under the leadership of In-charge HOI Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Mir, the teaching staff visited the bereaved family to offer condolences and also attended the funeral prayers, standing in solidarity with the family during this difficult time.
