Justice and Development Front (JDF) Pulwama organized a workers’ meeting at Dogripora, Pulwama, with the objective of strengthening grassroots outreach and preparations for the upcoming Panchayat elections.

The meeting was held under the leadership of Mr. Shamim Ahmad Thoker, President JDF, and was attended by Chief Coordinator Dr. Talat Majid Alai, Media In-Charge JDF, and District President Pulwama Mr. Ehsan Malik.

During the session, organizational strategies and field-level engagement plans were discussed in detail. President JDF Mr. Shamim Ahmad Thoker assured full support to the workers and emphasized the need for sustained grassroots mobilisation in the days to come.

It is both telling and painful that today, it is the Congress party — not the National Conference — that is fighting for the restoration of Article 370 and Article 35A. The Congress, despite its limited presence in Jammu & Kashmir, has taken a bold and public stand. But where is the voice of the National Conference — the party that claims to hold the largest mandate?
The people of Jammu & Kashmir have been stripped not only of constitutional guarantees but also of dignity. The silence of those who claim to represent us is more than disappointing — it feels like abandonment.
We are not begging for privilege; we are demanding our right. Our right to self-respect, to representation, and to our historical identity.
We aspire for the return of our dignity — not as a favour from Delhi, but as a constitutional and democratic imperative. If the NC truly represents us, let it lead — or step aside for those who will.

Deep condolences are extended to the people of Bangladesh following the tragic crash of a Bangladesh Air Force training aircraft in Uttara, Dhaka. The incident, which occurred on Monday afternoon, involved an F-7 BGI training aircraft crashing into Milestone School and College. Emergency services are on the scene, and authorities are working to manage the aftermath and provide support to those affected.

جماعت اسلامی بنگلہ دیش کے اقدامات اور جے ڈی ایف

۲۰۰۸ میں جب نیے ملکی قوانین کی روشنی میں جماعت اسلامی بنگلہ دیش کیلۓ الیکش کمیشن کے تحت رجسٹر ہونا لازمی بن گیا اور اسکی سیاسی و انتخابی جدوجہد کیلۓ زندگی اور موت کا سوال بیدا ہوگیا، تو جماعت اسلامی بنگلہ دیش نے فراست کاملہ کا ٽبوت دیتے ہوۓ اپنے موقف اور دستور میں درج ذیل ترامیم کی:-

۱:- ۱۹۷۱ کی جس جنگ میں جماعت اسلامی بنگلہ دیش ہزاروں شہدا پیش کرچکی تھی, اس کو اپنی پرانی اور اصولی پوزیشن کے تحت civil war اور بھارت کی سازش قرار دینے کے بجاۓ، جماعت نے اسے بطور آزادی کی جنگ (Liberation war) کے تسلیم کیا! یہ اتنی بڑی بات ہے کہ اسکا عشر عشیر بھی یہاں کی جی ڈے ایف یا پینل کے زمیداران نے concede نہیں کیا ہے!

۲:- سیکولر دستور سے ہم آہنگی دکھانے کی غرض سے جماعت کو وہاں دستور میں یہ ترمیم بھی کرنی پڑی کہ غیر مسلموں کو بھی جماعت کی ممبرشپ حاصل ہوسکتی ہے!

۳- خواتین کے حوالے سے جماعت نے یہ یقین دہانی کی کہ انکیلۓ پارٹی میں ۳۳ فیصد نشستیں مخصوص یعنی reserve کی جائیں گی!

۴:- اسکے علاوہ دستور میں حکومت الہیہ کی ٹرم کو بھی تبدیل کرکے اسکی جگہ قدرے نرم اور مبہم الفاظ ٽبت کرنے پڑے جو اس طرح درج ہیں “انصاف اور برابری پر مبنی ایک رفاعی سماج کا قیام بذریعہ جمہوری طریقوں سے”!😊

اس سب سے میں ہرگز بھی یہ اخذ نہیں کرتا کہ جماعت نے کوئی compromise کیا- بلکہ یہ تو وہی نظریت و حکمت عملی کا توازن ہے جسکا راستہ مولانا مودودی ہیمں دکھا کر گیے تھے- یہ صرف اور صرف تصادم سے بچنے اور اپنی کامل دعوت کیلۓ راہ نکالنے کیلۓ ایک ترکیب ہے- کیونکہ کسی قومی موقف یا مسئلے میں لچک پیدا کرنا یا اپنی اصل کو برقرار رکھتے ہوۓ الفاظ کے رد و بدل سے کام لینا کوئی پسپائی نہیں- خاص طور پر تب جب آپ اس حکمت عملی کو اقدام کے پیش خیمے میں convert کرسکتے ہوں!

اس مقام پر جھٹ پٹ کچھ حضرات قربانی قربانی کی رٹ لگائیں گے کہ بنگلہ دیش والوں نے یہ سہا وہ سہا وغیرہ وغیرہ- انکیلۓ عرض ہے کہ آپ غلام قادر وانی صاحب، لون صاحب ، پرے صاحب اور وار صاحب کے احوال حیات کے بارے میں معلوم کرنے کی تھوڑی زحمت فرمائیں تاکہ آپکو پتہ چلے کہ یہ لوگ بھی تحریک کیلۓ قربانیاں دینے میں کسی سے کم نہیں- پھر جہاں تک شمیم صاحب کی بات ہے تو مادیت اور بیروزگاری کے اس دور میں جہاں سرکاری نوکری لوگوں کیلۓ خدا سے کم درجہ نہیں رکھتی-ان حالات میں انکا اسے لات مارنا- اولی العزمی کی اعلی مٽال ہے- خاص طور پر تب جب دوسری طرف مکمل بے یقینی اور افتراق ہو اور بدلے میں کچھ ملنے کی کوئی ضمانت نہ ہو! اطلاع کیلۓ یہ بھی عرض ہے کہ شمیم صاحب نے اپنی ۳۷ سالہ زندگی میں پورے ۲۵ سال ڈائریکٹ جماعت اسلامی میں دیوانہ وار کام کیا ہے- ۱۲ سال کی عمر میں جماعت کے ساتھ وابستہ ہوۓ تھے اور پھر ۲۲ سال کی عمر میں جماعت کے رکن بناۓ گیے، یعنی اس وقت تک کے جماعت کے کم عمر ترین رکن- یہ اللہ تعالی کا ہی فضل ہے کہ اس نازک موڑ پر ایسی پر خلوص، جفاکش اور باصلاحیت شخصیت تحریک کیلۓ سامنے آئی!

تو یاد رکھیں، تحریکوں میں قربانیوں کے ادوار بھی وقوع پزیر ہوتے ہیں اور حکمت عملی سے راہ نکالنے کے مواقع بھی سامنے آتے ہیں- ایسے میں چیزوں کو گڈمڈ کرنا اور بدلتے ہوۓ حالات میں ایک ہی طرز کا نقشہ پکڑ کر بیٹھ جانا، دعوت و نظریے کیلۓ جمود کا باعٽ بن جاتا ہے اور یہی نہیں، بلکہ ایسا رویہ تحریکوں کو مفت کا ایندھن بنا کر تصادم میں بھسم کردیتا ہے! وسلام
