سعودی حکومت کی طرف سے جاری کیا گیا آرٹیفیشل انٹیلیجنس ٹیکنالوجی کی مدد سے پہلی بار مسجد نبوی اور اُمہاتُ المؤمنین رضی اللٌٰہُ تعالیٰ عنہمن کے حجروں کی تھری ڈی اینیمیشن ۔
یہ ایسا ھی ھے جیسا چودہ سو سال پہلے تھا ۔۔ کس قدر غُربت میں گُزارہ کرتے تھے حضور پاک محمدالرسول اللٌٰہ صلى الله عليه واله وسلم۔ دوستو آپ بھی دیکھیں اور ایمان تازہ کریں..

The Supreme Court held that where a cheque is dishonoured, the interim compensation can be directed to be paid only after the accused has pleaded not guilty as per section 143A(1) of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. In the present case, the court noted that the magistrate had directed to pay 10% of the cheque amount before the plea of accused was entered. The court held that such orders being passed before the plea was taken into account is unsustainable in law.

Today on 13th July 2023 , the Kashmir lawyers from Kashmir Jurists , Advocates Association Kashmir and Advikata Parishad Kashmir jointly held an Extraordinary General Meeting at Bar Room ( Petition writers Block ) in Saddar Court Complex Srinagar .The history was created by these lawyers of kashmir , as this is for the first time valley Jurists of hard-core Nationalistic ideology met to discuss the various issues concerning the lawyers fraternity especially fresher's.
The meeting started with singing of the National Anthem by all Jurists present and discussed all challenges and issues pertaining to the lawyers fraternity and the meeting concluded with " Bharat Mata ki Jai " chants.
