Visited Nigeen accompanying Hon’ble Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Sb and Advisor , to offer our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved Zaroo family on the passing of Haji Muhammad Shafi Zaroo. We joined the family in offering Fatiha for the departed soul.

Grateful to Hon’ble Chief Minister Jenab Sahab for sanctioning my proposal and addressing a long-pending demand for an overhead pedestrian pathway at SKIMS Chowk, connecting Nowshera, Bolochipura, and Naribal side. This much-needed facility will greatly ease the movement of commuters, patients, their attendants, and the general public while crossing this vital junction.

The beautification of this chowk, which I have proposed under my CDF, is already in progress.

Today, along with the , Dr Ashraf Ganie, Executive Engineer, R&B and other officials, I visited the site to review and finalize the best possible plan to ensure the project’s maximum utility and benefit.

Grateful to Hon’ble Chief Minister Jenab Omar Abdullah Sahab for sanctioning my proposal for an overhead pedestrian pathway at SKIMS Chowk, benefiting commuters, patients, and the public from Nowshera, Bolochipura, and Naribal. Beautification of the chowk under my CDF is also underway, along with Director Skims I visited the site with officials to ensure its maximum utility.

We are exploring the option of escalators on atleast two sides.
