Founder of Sheeshnag Times Remembered on His 3rd Death Anniversary
Today marks the third death anniversary of Bashir Nadim—a beloved father, a guiding light, and a man whose words carried the depth of a thousand emotions. As a family, we do not just remember a writer, poet, and columnist; we remember the heart of our home.
To the world, he was a voice of truth and expression. His writings reflected courage, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to society. Through his poetry, he gave life to feelings that many could not express, and through his columns, he stood firm for what was right. But to us, he was much more than his words—he was our strength, our teacher, and our comfort.
Three years have passed, yet his absence still feels as heavy as the day he left us. The silence he left behind is filled with memories—of his gentle smile, his thoughtful advice, and the countless moments that shaped who we are today. Every corner of our home carries a piece of him, every memory a reminder of the love he gave so selflessly.
He taught us that words have power, that truth must never be compromised, and that kindness is the greatest legacy one can leave behind. His life was not just about writing—it was about inspiring, guiding, and uplifting others.
On this day, as family members, we come together not only in grief but in gratitude. Gratitude for having known him, for having been loved by him, and for the values he instilled in us. We pray that his soul finds eternal peace and that his legacy continues to live on through all those he touched.
He may no longer be with us in person, but he lives on—in his words, in our hearts, and in the path he has shown us.
Forever remembered, forever missed
