A routine Monday Inspection was conducted today by Smt.Nargis Kirmani, DySP (Adjutant) at Battalion premises to assess the overall functioning, discipline, cleanliness, and preparedness of various sections.

During the inspection, the Main Office, MT Section, Jawans’ Barracks, Dry & Wet Canteen, and Stores were inspected. Necessary directions were issued to the concerned for maintaining proper cleanliness, discipline, upkeep of infrastructure, and ensuring that all official records and equipment remain properly maintained.

A pipping ceremony for recently promoted police personnel was conducted today at Battalion Headquarters of 13 JKAP APC Zewan.

During the ceremony, Smt. Nargis Kirmani Dy.SP ( Adjutant) conferred new ranks on the promoted personnel. Other officers and staff members were also present on the occasion.
The officers congratulated the personnel and appreciated their hard work and dedication. They encouraged them to uphold the highest standards of integrity, discipline & commitment while discharging their duties in their new ranks.

The ceremony ended with best wishes for their future responsibilities.

Today, on 6 July 2026, Smt. Nargis Kirmani, Dy.SP (Adjutant) 13 JKAP Zewan, conducted Monday Parade and Inspection of Battalion Hqr, 13 JKAP APC Zewan. The Adjutant inspected all stores, branches, jawans’ barracks, Bn Mess, Canteen, unit kot to review security arrangements, administrative efficiency, discipline, maintenance and overall functioning of the unit.

The inspection was also attended by other officers of the unit. Necessary directions were issued for further improvement and to ensure the highest standards of professionalism, operational preparedness, and administrative excellence.

Today Monday Inspection was conducted by Shri Mohd Zaid - JKPS (SSP) Commandant 13 JKAP APC Zewan.

During the inspection, the Main Office, MT Section, Jawans’ Barracks, Dry-wet Canteen and Stores were thoroughly examined. The Commanding Officer reviewed the functioning of various sections and issued necessary on-the-spot directions to ensure efficiency, discipline, and smooth conduct of all affairs within the unit.

The inspection aimed at maintaining operational readiness and improving overall administrative standards of the battalion.

On the occasion of World Environment Day, a plantation drive was conducted at Bn Hqr of 13 JKAP APC Zewan with great enthusiasm and active participation. Saplings were planted to promote environmental conservation, increase green cover, and raise awareness about the importance of protecting our natural resources.

The initiative highlighted our collective responsibility towards creating a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future for generations to come. Every tree planted today is a step towards a healthier environment and a better tomorrow.
