Please note that after 5:00 PM , the gym floor will be closed for regular workouts due to our Gym Competition Event.

Category Body Weight Range

Lightweight 65โ€“ 75 kg
Middleweight 75โ€“ 90 kg
Heavyweight Above 90 kg

>>Age is just a number-- but fairness matters to us !
Seniors (35+) will have their own competition category, so everyone competes on an equal

All senior participants aged 35 and above will have a separate division in the weightlifting competition to ensure fair and exciting results for every age group.โ€

Dear Members l,Here are some clear and simple biometric instructions for a gym (for members and visitors):

๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Gym Biometric Instructions

1. Enrollment

New members must register their fingerprint/face scan at the reception.

Carry a valid ID during registration.

2. Access

Place your finger/thumb on the biometric scanner at the entrance.

Wait for the green light/beep before entering.

If access is denied, contact the front desk.

3. Doโ€™s & Donโ€™ts

Do not share your biometric access with anyone.

Do not force the scanner or press too hard.

Keep your finger clean and dry for smooth scanning.

4. Timing Control

Biometric entry is allowed only during your membership hours.

Late entry beyond allowed timings will be restricted.

5. Security & Safety

The biometric system is for members only.

Visitors and guests must sign in at the reception.

Misuse of access will result in suspension of membership.
