Ayush Dispensary at Babapora?

The proposal was already finalized for Babapora, but now we are hearing from reliable sources that the dispensary has been shifted to Chitragam, the native village of MLA Showket Ganie.
If true, this is a blatant injustice with the people of Babapora. Public health institutions must be established on merit and requirement of the area, not for political favoritism or personal convenience.
The authorities must clarify immediately — why has the sanctioned dispensary for Babapora been shifted elsewhere?

It’s heartbreaking to see the District Hospital Shopian in such a pathetic state. Despite having lacs spent, dozens of doctors, para-medical staff, and resources, the hospital continues to suffer under an inefficient administration.
Patients are left to struggle, basic facilities are missing, and accountability is nowhere to be seen. When will someone wake up and fix the system? Lives are at stake, and yet… Who really cares?

If it’s true that money is being taken from teachers in lieu of an award, it’s not just unethical – it’s shameful. Teachers are the backbone of our society, not revenue sources for someone’s event or ceremony.
Respect our teachers. Stop turning appreciation into exploitation.

Unfortunately, Shopian too has its share of such faces today — those who pretend to be among us, yet work against the interests of our people. Their silence in times of injustice speaks louder than their fake concern.
