Flag Hoisting Ceremony – MDPS Gandoh*

On 15th August 2025, Mother Dream Public School celebrated the Flag Hoisting Ceremony with great patriotism and enthusiasm. The national flag was hoisted by the respected Principal of MDPS, Sh. Parveen Manhas. Many parents joined the event with great enthusiasm, showing their support and love for the nation. Students of the school participated in a well-coordinated march past, showcasing discipline and dedication.

In a poignant tribute to the victims of the recent Chasoti incident, the residents of Bhalessa Kalguni observed a day of silence and mourning on the occasion of Janmashtami. As a mark of respect, the traditional tableaux procession was canceled.

The Saneevani Sanatan Dharm Sabha, Bhalessa, expressed deep condolences for the loss of lives in the Chasoti tragedy. The organization's president conveyed heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved families and wished a speedy recovery to those injured.

The community came together to show solidarity and support during this difficult time, reflecting the strong bonds and sense of empathy that define their spirit.

HSS Kahahaljuasar Zone Bhalessa

On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, I/C Principal Sh. Sawan Kumar Thakur addressed the gathering with patriotic enthusiasm. He paid glowing tributes to the supreme sacrifices of our freedom fighters, whose struggle and courage gifted us the precious treasure of independence.

At the same time, he expressed deep sorrow over the tragic cloudburst at Padar, Kishtwar, in which many innocent lives were lost. A two-minute silence was observed to pray for the departed souls.

In his address, he also guided students and the community by spreading awareness about the harmful effects of drugs, the abuses of mobile phones, and underlined the importance of education in shaping a strong and progressive society. His words filled the audience with both patriotism and responsibility.
